What are the main benefits of rainwater harvesting tanks?
September 23, 2013
Video shows a simple rainwater-fed toilet system. Rainwater collected on rooftops and diverted to rain water tanks is not only suitable for flushing toilets but for most other household purposes too, including drinking water if it is properly filtered and purified. It is also important to store rainwater in high quality water tanks with an anti-algae inner lining to inhibit algae growth (especially in hot countries like South Africa).
JoJo water tanks are manufactured with an FDA-approved, food-grade inner black lining that inhibits algae growth and keeps the stored water fresher for longer. When comparing other brands to JoJo Tanks water tanks, always check that they have this inner lining and whether they can offer a warranty that matches of beats JoJo Tanks’ 8-year warranty.
